| Shipping: The Pet Scene uses UPS Ground, USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail for orders shipped within the United States. Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically thru Paypal.

Delivery Time: Orders in stock will be shipped within 2-5 business days from when the order was placed. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with our product, we will gladly return or exchange it (except for bedding due to sanitary reasons) within 7 days of receipt. It must be in its original packaging, unused and be accompanied by a packing slip. Please be advised that shipping and handling cost is non-refundable.
